liven app
I've been hearing about the Liven app from a couple of friends who are big into food and cashback stuff, but I still don’t fully get how it actually works. Like, are the rewards automatic or do you have to do something specific to get them? I usually just pay and forget, so I’m wondering if this thing is more hands-on or not. Also, how good are the places they partner with? Worth switching from my usual setup?

I’ve been using the Liven app for about 4 months now and honestly, it surprised me. It's not one of those traditional loyalty systems where you collect stamps or wait forever to redeem something. With Liven, when you pay at partner restaurants (and there are tons of them if you're in major cities), you instantly earn LVN points back — usually around 10-25% of what you spent. What’s cool is you can use those points like real currency at any other partner venue. I had sushi last week, earned points, and used them two days later at a vegan café. You don’t have to scan receipts or jump through hoops — it connects to your card and does its thing seamlessly. If you're curious, check them out here: liven app — they explain the “Spend and Earn” model in more detail. For people who dine out regularly, it kind of just runs in the background and builds up without much effort.
